Your Health is Your #1 Asset
If you don't believe this, you are on the WRONG path.
Where would you be without your health? Could you enjoy your car? What about your house? Would you be able to care and love for your family the way you otherwise want to?
The answer is clearly no.
So now that you understand your health is your #1 asset, how are you investing in it?
Do you take the time to improve yourself, mentally, physically, or spiritually everyday?
The problem with our health care system is not the doctor's or the insurance companies, or even the drug companies. THe #1 problem in the health care system is ourselves, and those who don't want to take responsibility for their health.
Are YOU one of those people?
I didn't think so.
So here is what you want to know… "How do I take care of my health on a daily basis?"
First you must know one thing, what is health? Let's define that first, because if you don't know where you are going, you can never get there.

Again, if health is your #1 asset, you need to get on the right path towards it. The only way to do so is to THINK about it in the right way.
Health is a matter of function. It is not looking or feeling a certain way. If you believe you are fine until you feel a certain way, the cumulative effects of the law of breakdown has already taken hold and caused permanent damage.
Health = Function.
