The PRFMx™ Training Systems (pronounced Perform-X) stands for Performance Recovery, and Functional Movement eXercise System. It was developed by U.S. Army Veteran and Injury Prevention Expert, Dr. Dave Cohodes, D.C.
The PRFMx™ program is broken into three separate systems designed to lay the foundation of movement, improve recovery times with training, and even improve your fitness and conditioning with our advanced training program. All three programs together will get you out of pain, reduce your risk of injury, and improve your fitness and conditioning in a matter of weeks. The step-by-step program guide makes it easy to follow, and simple to individualize each program to your specific needs and goals.
The PRFMx™ programs are: PRFMx™ Rehab, PRFMx™ Recovery, and PRFMx™ Fitness Training.
Here are RedLine Sports Therapy we use the PRFMx™ Rehab Program to take our athletes from Rehab to Performance (R2P) in the shortest amount of time possible. You, the athlete, will see improved performance and reduced pain with PRFMx™ Chiropractic and advanced PRFMx™ Rehab Exercise Training. We break the system up into six (6) stages over two (2) phases to maximize the healing power of the body and get you back to doing what you love to do as fast as possible.
